This week's message seems simple but it isn't easy. Being vulnerable with the people that make our lives just a lil bit easier isn't something that I saw modeled for me. And the truth is it takes courage to let someone know that you appreciate them. It's the little things that really make all the difference and this week I want to try to acknowledge the people I do appreciate. It's easy to talk shit about people that make our lives harder haha so easyyyy but accessing the softer parts of us; which allows us to let people know when they're doing right by us, seems out of reach some times..

This week I encourage you to tap into the softer part of you that has the courage to let someone know that you appreciate them. I dare you yo, matter of fact; let me beat you to it 😂.

I appreciate the hell out of you; for taking the time to read this. You could unsubscribe anytime but you don't.
